Pre-Order Perry Miniatures New Plastic Revolutionary French Infantry

Perry Miniatures are now taking pre-orders for their new 28mm-scale plastic Revolutionary French Infantry that you can use for fighting during the period 1789-1802. Fight in the streets and hunt down some nobles with these grizzled-looking Historical fellows.

This set comes with enough components for you to make forty-five miniatures that can be assembled and painted to represent the likes of the French Line infantry, National Guard, Volunteers, Conscripts, Grenadiers and Light Infantry of the Revolutionary War. So, plenty of ways that you can make use of these miniatures for a turbulent time in French history.

There are plenty of variants within the kit, allowing you to make a motley crew of individuals, ganged together by whoever had the most charisma that given week. They can also be given a more formal look if you'd prefer for them to look smarter on the tabletop.

Volunteer Battalion // Perry Miniatures

Options allow you to craft thirty-six soldiers marching, attacking or just casually marching, plus nine additional figures to form the basis of another, perhaps skirmishing unit. There are regulation-tailed habits in there as well as civilian coats. All of this comes with a full uniform and organisation guide so you'll know what to do.

He looks just as moody as you'd expect him to be, hands behind his back as he watches his troops go marching by. I think it would be rather neat to try and collect armies and such that charted Napoleon's rise to fame through the years. I'm sure there are troops and miniatures of Napoleon that would work for all of those periods of history!
