@sundancer new year, new HD! This new bigger one is waiting for accessories; my 1997 will likely be up for sale next week. Still have my BMW though, too …

The Green Knight @zoidpinhead is one of the best GW sculpts of all time, and you’ve done a smashing job on it! There’s still snow outside here. Won’t be this week… motorcycle season has (FINALLY) arrived!
Been waiting two months to bring home my new beast.

I am just disappointed that that they didn’t have Sgt. Schulz with a “I know nothing” expression. Then again, these are SS and not Stalag 13.

I do like them and may purchase a set only for conversions. I was really hoping they would have released plastic Australian for the Pacific that could also be used for Chindits. I also agree their stature […]

I was thinking the same. This seems like a very odd choice of pose. I genuinely can’t see any real use for these at all beyond saying “see how much I hate Nazis, aren’t I a good person?”

@zoidpinhead A smashing model and glorious paint. As much as I would like to have picked one up it would’ve been a waste for lack of skill. You’ve done it up well.
@sundancer I see your soup has gotten cold. Atleast you have it getting thick.
I too have a Spring Clean. More stuff just keeps getting found and ideas get rehashed. The present…[Read more]

Over the years I’ve brought and painted figures from Various Weird WW2+, such as Secrets of 3rd Reich, DUST, and now with latest re-release think it time to revisit , dig out old models and re-vamp them for this new setting.

I’m hoping for a nice day of sunshine on Friday so I can go outside and give them a final scrub. And then… I guess fix the blobs of superglue etc.

Excellent news @sundancer ! I have given it a follow. Looks like there are quite a few to go at there. Any plan of attack yet or will you just see what falls out of a jar first?

As I understand it, Hasslefree have been struggling to fill orders for several years now. It seems that they are a two-person operation and one of them has been having recurring health issues. They appear to be on their last legs, but they don’t want to give up.
It’s a pity because they have a great line of miniatures. I’d love to see them sell…[Read more]

Only in German? Do they plan to do an English version?
I guess in the long run maybe. The rules are simple enough that an online translation tool should do the trick but the cards are still only in German.

Is anyone else doing a Spring Clean Challenge? I painted a Green Knight as part of mine today and thought I’d have a go at the “A Breath of Fresh Air” category.

Here he is boldly questing through the herb garden.
