I’ve been posting mine on Instagram but as we are finishing lockdown soon here and I won’t get any more done I’ve got these to show off:

Mostly Celts but a few Zulu sharpshooters as well.  Great fun to do.  Really looking forward to the other 100 or so Zulus that are left 🙂

Bam ? this week the new female vc fighters arrived from gringo40’s
So im busily undercoating these great models . Im also messing about converting “negative waves” an empress miniatures ontos into a kellys heroes tribute advancing the time period then swapping a sherman for the thing and by adding an oddball figure nonchalantly relaxing in the top hatch as moriarity crams himself into the crew compartment.
It also has a greenstuff pa speaker to play loud music as it drives into battle relaxing the crew.

Completed three Reaper Bones minis. These aliens seemed the perfect opportunity to use the Vallejo Color Shifters again.  Since each of these Bathalians are different I went with three different colors.  These guys will also fit in with my Damocles Sector project blog.  Good thing the first contact team just got new firepower.

No modeling or painting this weekend, but we did play some Magic the Gathering (specifically Commander). As I walked back into the room, i remembered the crew said they were surprised no one was playing card games. So I thought I’d share a snap shot for you all. The latest updated to my Lost Mine of Phandelver / Dragon of Icespire Peak D&D campaign are out.  This week they get jumped in the night by Goblins, and an overeager scout aggros and kites a dungeon on to them while they are setting up the next camp.

I also was able to get my 6 years old son to paint is first Space Marine. From all the models available he chose a Space Marine…?

He started painting it with little 4 years old sister watching.

Soon she joined the fun!
