Dave Taylor Miniatures is back on Kickstarter bringing the next triptych of 'The Art Of...' series of books, with Volumes 7-9 that highlight the miniatures work, the approach, and the philosophies of a broad spread of miniatures painters that Dave has come to admire over his three decades of participating in this incredible hobby. These artists will cover various genres and they all have something valuable to bring to the wider miniatures painting world.

Salute 2023 is coming this year, Saturday 22nd April 2023! We are going to be there at the ExCel Centre in London doing our traditional Live Blogging where we chat with all the vendors and designers but we'd also love to see you there as well.

If you're looking for some excellent 6mm Sci-Fi terrain then you can't go too far wrong when it comes to The Lazy Forger and their offerings. These terrain pieces would be brilliant for the likes of BattleTech or their own game, Full Spectrum Dominance. 

Daniel Mersey has been busy developing some more wargaming rules for those wanting to dive into Historical wargaming on the tabletop. The most recent book from Mersey is Armoured Storm: The Eastern Front which focuses on World War II tank battles between 1941-1945.

Flatout Games has announced a new expansion for one of the hit games of the last few years, Cascadia by Randy Flynn is expanding with additional design help by Molly Johnson, Robert Melvin, Shawn Stankewich with Landmarks!

Tabletopper recently got a miniature sculpted by Paul Hicks representing a friend, Ewout Oord, who unfortunately passed away recently. All proceeds from the sale of this new 28mm miniature go to the KWF, the Dutch Cancer Society.

A few new releases popped up recently from Privateer Press for the world of Immoren and Warmachine. Starting with a bit of wargaming, we have a new 35mm Fantasy miniature for those that love cackling villains. 

Warlord Games has been chatting away about some new releases coming up for Blood Red Skies. Whilst there will still be a focus on World War II, we'll also be heading back to the Korean War with a revamped set for MiG Alley.

Seb Games have released a set of Beta Rules for their new Pulp Sci-Fi wargame, Exo Alliance '42. Designed as a fast-paced 28mm skirmish game, Seb Games are inviting wargamers to download the rules and give them a go so they can make them as good as they can be!

A bunch of Star Wars news dropped over the last few days. The Star Wars Celebration meant a bunch of brand new shows for Disney+ and movies that are set to expand the Star Wars universe. One of the big announcements was a new Ahsoka TV show.

Auroch Digital's Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun is a new video game coming to consoles and PC on 23rd May. You only have to wait until next month before you are able to dive in and experience what would happen if the id Software of the 90's had been able to dive in and use the Warhammer licence.

Gale Force Nine has announced that they are going to be bringing their hit board game, Firefly: The Game, back to the tabletop but with a brand new 10th Anniversary Collector's Edition! The game will be brought to life via Gamefound with a campaign launching soon.

Loke BattleMats has announced two new revised versions of their classic Battle Mat books. You can now get your hands on updated versions of their books for use with your roleplaying games like D&D and perhaps a skirmish wargame or two as well. 

Free League Publishing has announced pre-orders for The Lord Of The Rings Roleplaying are now available ahead of a 9th May 2023 release. This is going to be your chance to dive into roleplaying in Middle-earth using the 5th Edition rules as a basis for your adventures on the tabletop.

Gerry was able to sneak a look at some of the new boxed sets coming out for Mantic Games' 28mm Fantasy wargame, Kings Of War! The Nightstalkers are on the march with a twisted army of terrible creations looking to devour everything that stands in their way across the realm of Pannithor.

The first selection of Berlin: German releases are available this weekend for those looking to expand their options in the 15mm World War II wargame, Flames Of War. Things start off with the new book from Battlefront Miniatures.

Sally 4th are currently on Kickstarter right now looking to fund their collection of 28mm Viking miniatures for use in your Historical wargames. This Viking Saga comes with a neat twist in that the miniatures are available as 3D printable files, plastic miniatures and in metal.

Steamforged Games has announced that they are going to be returning to the realm of Monster Hunter and the hit video game with a new board game! Monster Hunter World - Iceborne: The Board Game is coming to Kickstarter next month.

Warlord Games has bundled together a set of Sherman Tanks for you to use in their 28mm Historical wargame, Bolt Action. You can snag yourself the Easy Eight Platoon which comes with three tanks for use with your Allied push during World War II.

Para Bellum Wargames has been showing off some new releases for their 35mm Fantasy miniatures game, Conquest: The Last Argument Of Kings. These new heroes would be good for leading mighty armies but would also be handy when diving in and playing their skirmish game, First Blood!

Knight Models have been teasing a new miniatures range and game coming very soon indeed. The first Fantasy miniature for the Game Of Thrones Miniatures Game was previewed recently and it certainly makes sense for it to be Jon Snow as one of the most iconic characters from the hit TV show. 

Great Escape Games are going to be releasing four new gangs for you to use across two of their 28mm Historical wargames. You'll find new miniatures on the way for Dead Man's Hand and The Chicago Way! 

Games Workshop dropped another preview for Warhammer 40,000 this week. The Tyranids look like they will be getting a full range refresh and that means a host of new miniatures including Von Ryan's Leapers!

Wyrd Games has dropped a few new sets of miniatures for the world of Malifaux this month. The focus this time is on themed sets for both the Guild and in part the Bayou. A new Core Box is front and centre for Tull.

Andrew May of Meridian Miniatures is back on Kickstarter with a new project looking at bringing new Folk Horrors to the tabletop. More of the creepy creations by Ana Polanšćak of Gardens Of Hecate have been added into the mix for your twisted Fantasy and Pulp games. 

Too Fat Lardies are now taking pre-orders for their new Wild West skirmish game, What A Cowboy! The rules will be available later in April and will offer up a quick and fun way for you to dive into some shootouts on the frontier. 

If you've not already done so, it might be worth diving into the new 2nd Edition of Mana Press' Tribal. This 28mm wargame allows you to play out pre-gunpowder clashes between tribal nations and offers up a different approach to the wargaming we're used to.
