a year old ?
I’m assuming (By the fact that they are all dressed the same in all the films) they done all the tabletop analysis at the same time but spreading them out through out a year. which is a good I believe.
Tactics? Not get shot or wander into a crossfire you never saw! Lovely table. Been making a berm with a trench-line for the mujaheeds to fire from! Got to stop watching GK. Tally-ho, pip-pip and carry-on. D.x
This table setup might be a bit more trouble than it’s worth. It gives too much advantage to one side. I think it could work if the terrain pieces were set up differently. I feel that ‘cutting’ the table in half with the highest pieces of terrain would work better. Highest pieces placed towards the table edges with a dip in the centre of the table.
Then you could also play in both directions.Either both players have a ‘sniper tower’ in their deployment zone. Or playing in the other direction the mountain range is cutting the table in half and obscuring sight to the opponent. That way it would become a race for the high ground.
Tbh , more intersted in the drinks can table behind them..
