Stargrave battle report 1
I adapted the salvage scenario from the stargrave rulebook. Instead of a crashed derelict we had the drops hip with a sentry gun set up on the landing grid. The Union of Progressive people and the colonial marines have to grab the loot from the ships ramp and the surrounding loot.
As the crews grab loot tokens this plucky marine takes shits at the UPP as they secure the main objective
The marines dowse the UPP with a fleme thrower keeping them back while the first mate secures some loot Stargrave crews
I thought I'd have a look at creating crews for stargrave using the quarantine 37 supplement for the bug alien rules. This crew of marines has a commando a burner a heavy weapon and a hacker The Union of Progressive people
Couple of weeks ago I had the crazy idea of making another human faction for any Alien based games and thought about the UPP. They are detailed in the RPG as basically space communists who have a bit of a cold war going on with the Americas. The colonial marine guide details the unions forces and some if the vehicles.
I picked up Wargames Atlantics cannon fodder box but the guns are a bit too ladgun for this project.
These five will be the space Operating Force who I'm basing off the art work above. These will be the unions special forces while everyone else are the peoples army. I used spare armour plating from my WW1 French for shoulder padsNostromo crew

The landing grid is at the north end of the colony complex but I'm not doing the whole thing and if I did I could always move the board to that side to represent it
