My boards don't go all the way to match the size of my interiors so I need to expand this as well as completing the interior ground floor. I want to create a second building near the communication dish. I was thinking a bar for some colonial recreation

Took the model outside to spray up the textured ground and support plinths

After a little break I’m back constructing my colony. First I’ve made some boards for section sf the second floor to sit on. These will test in the ground floor. I’ve also started work on the exterior using some recycled gaming boards. I’ve made the support plinths for holding up the structure
Space trucker
I picked up this mini from crooked dice to use as a space trucker or colonist who has armed herself with a flame thrower
Going down
For the stairs I wanted them going down and up so I chopped the floor out to give the impression they do go to the ground floor
The stairs go up to this half level and up to another floor.
Because of my plan for the ground level has the entrance to the stairs facing the other way I had to do some chopping to have the steps turn in the next landing down
The blocks do fit in top of each other but I want a gap because my exterior is larger and the models don't have the roof space for those pesky aliens to crawl through

Work in the outer walls if level two that will sit above the ground level when I have it I realised I don't need those window supports so cut them out
After cutting them out I added a bit more detail. Because if the windows I'm not putting a layer over it as I am with the rest of the exterior.
