About the Project
I've decided to revisit my first historical games and give my minis a face lift. I dug out legends of the old West a month ago and realised how chipped my minis were. So I'll be revisiting my western and my pirates for these classic skirmish games.

Privateers
This crew if privateers I wanted to make them look like a professional crew if mercenaries so used grey to give them an unofficial uniform look
Went for a female captain and repainted her hair to make her brighter

Royal Navy
I put together a force list for a navy crew. Blackscorpions range isn't very historically accurate but the whole game is very Hollywood.
The marines just needed tidying up a bit

I painted the seamen to have blue jackets to tie them in with the captain
More hired help
Ships cook. Although I could use this mini as a surgeon
Repainted his apron leather and made him as unhygienic as possible
The swahbuckler wasn't fancy enough so I've brightened him up
The surgeon just needed a spot of highlighting
Bounty hunters
Starting with some hired hands. A couple if bounty hunters who just need fulling down a bit. That red feather from the old mordheim highway man just too fancy.
Repainted and smartened up bases
I think the highway man has some useful tips on self isolation ive decided to adoptSorting out the collection
My wild west collection
Of course my pirates are kept in a chest
I'm going to be working on my pirates first. I have a mix of figures from blackscorpion foundry Perry and even GW.
