Sewer-dragon Chop and Color Test
So, today is payday, so was hunting around the shop (the GAMA award nominated Good Times Games in Prince Rupert) and grabbed some new paints and found some D&D crocodiles on a peg. “I need sewer-dragons, and they look neat…” says I, and picked them up. They were 50 mm base, but they’re supposed to be medium sized, not large, but they’re small compared to the clear water plastic around them. So some work with some big and small clippers, and they fit close enough.
I decided to try purple and blue speedpaints, with strong tone in the water to dirty it up, and purple tone over the top to pull it together. It’s interesting…gonna sleep on it.
The other thing I found was a pair of raptors, and my crew is all dinos, and some spare runners could be useful…pick up a pistol and slap a green helmet on, privates! You’re part of the Honorabilis Raptor Regum now!
Current State
So, this is where we're at so far; took a day to actually page through the rule book and take a very close look at all the scenarios and figure out what I need. (You only need drones if you're using that power on your crew, turns out.) Lots of red and yellow on there; could use a few more of a couple of things, and lots to go anyway.Magmites
