Sounds like a thought that should have occured to Games workshop with regard to their “Finecast” range, the advent of which seems to have been a bit premature considering the quality issues that are arising, (fine cast – my FOOT!!! nothing fine about it…)

Nice video. Its interesting how far behind GW is falling. Last two weeks there hasnt been much about GW gear or relises except for mentions about fincast. Which is fine. The biggest thing that I think is, and will continue to kill GW, is the F%$#%ING stupid policy of only one weeks notice before a relise. No body knows what they are doing, or what is comming out next. No real credable rumours released from them. Which is making it look like they are doing noting. Meanwhile every other company out there is close in for the kill. I think people have completly lost interest GW now. And pulling out there support for tournments, just another completly bizzard move on there behalf. One would almost think they dont want to stand behind there products anymore, just sell them.
The motives of GW have been a mystery to me for many a year. The biggest problem for me with this move to an insufficiently tried and tested resin formula for their range of miniatures is that GW have a totally captive market for their models and games; NO ONE ELSE does miniatures for their game systems and when you’re as fully and totally subscribed to their models and games as I am, suddenly reinvesting in another completely different model range and game system is a really big deal and a huge upheaval, especially when your army is incomplete and there are so many minis. that you would have liked to have got your grubby mitts on. I just hope there are a lot more people with lofts full of metal minis. that they’re happy to sell on e-bay. Thank The DEVIL for e-bay!
