The year of 2025

So first part of June i continued too paint my fantasy figures for the solo rule game featured in April of this project. Second part of June was mainly building minis and undercoating and rearrange my hobby room and then finally got my  Wargame room up in the Loft. This is still on going has I am thinking of back grounds for around the walls of the table, summer, winter and a desert one.

So  speed painted some more fantasy minis.

So speed painted some more evil ground troops and the evil army’s banner ” BANNER OF THE FLAYED SKIN”

So took a break from the Fantasy and built and undercoated some WW2 stuff from the ” BATTLE OF THE BULGE ” set by Warlord, first American winter GI’s and scout car and then the Germans.

So to end out the month I   had the opportunity of having part of the Loft for “MY WARGAME ROOM” after  my Grand kids were happy to give it up..lol. So set to work on this and rearranging and tidying my hobby room now that I can move the table into the loft and extend it to an 8 x 4 instead 5 x 3 in my hobby room. So the table is all made up off  Ikea kallax tops and 2 kallax units. And this saw out the month of June so onwards to July.

So started July by debasing my Fantasy minis that been painted so far for re-basing on Mdf  from a website Bigredbats shop but the only problem due to brexit he does not post to N.Ireland so my brother was called in Brum and informed he will be getting a a package  and could he forward it onto me, sorted. I went for these base’s after hearing him chat on the Yarkshire gamers podcast, like the look and design.  They are very low profile and come in different sizes and have magnet holes  which can be fitted one to keep them level stop warping after applying your glue etc and all so for storage/transportation on magnetic sheets stuck in a plastic ” useful box”.
