Modiphius Tease Next Discworld RPG Adventure In Lancre And Überwald
September 11, 2026 by brennon
With board games set in Terry Pratchett's Discworld already up for pre-order, Modiphius now turns their attention to the next roleplaying game, where the adventures will move to Lancre and Überwald.
Discworld: Lancre and Überwald // Modiphius
This is the second book for the Discworld roleplaying game from Modiphius, which takes you beyond the walls of Ankh-Morpork and has you adventuring in the magically infused lands of Lancre and Überwald, where you'll meet all sorts of new denizens.
This new book will allow you to create Witches, Vampires, Dwarfs, Trolls, Werewolves, Pictsies and anything else that you can imagine in that noggin of yours.
Discworld: Lancre and Überwald - Details // Modiphius
Much like with Adventures in Ankh-Morpork, all of these tales will be told thanks to the use of the Narrativium system, which is a great set of bespoke mechanics for Pratchett-style storytelling. It works so well and I've had a lot of fun with it already in my home games.
You'll also find information on the brand-new Witch Magic system, which will include plenty of Headology for good measure. If this is anything like the Adventures in Ankh-Morpork book, it will be a great way to dive into Discworld at the tabletop and indulge in some puntastic storytelling in a different part of Terry's world.
It really is turning into a good time to be a fan of Discworld!
