I’d take both choir and vassal!
Played in a tournament yesterday where the guy had both with harbinger. first time i’d played against menoth.
Enliven was on the Avatar who used it to move away from my great bears and spriggan who was loaded with focus. If i didnt have a lone manhunter in range to charge the avatar after he had moved ( and do 11 and 14 points of damage with attacks 😛 ) then that avatar would have been coming after butcher next turn .
Really inspired me to think about doing menoth as another force.
Your unboxings are very imformative. There are so many different elements to warma/hordes its great to be able to see what they do via these Andy.
Great video, as per usual…
This miniature is only so-so in my opinion, but I love the enslaved mage concept !
I’d take both if possible but my first choice would still be choir.
as stated above: it’s not the vassal OR the choir, its the vassal AND the choir that menoth players should look to field. they are both so good all of us other faction players are envious.
what does bog standard mean?
Normal 🙂
Without added extras
I love that the Vassal looks cool, has rad fluff, AND has a place on the table in a fun, competitive army list. It’s stuff like this that makes me love Warmachine.
I have yet to face the Menoth and the videos are helping me to be on my toes when I do. Thanks for the help.
i have to say that i haven’t seen this guy used and i find it sad as praetor said great model, fluff, and it is usable on the table. i could see using him alongside the choir where he tags along with a bog standard heavy ‘jack while the choir focuses on aiding a character jack or some more important ‘jack.
He is one of my first choices when I have jacks. But typically my opponents first choice to kill. Getting another shot with the Reckoner or Vanquisher.. way cool!
Glad to see this video back up. I’ve been waiting a while to see it again
I’d take both if I could, but between the choir, three mechanics and a couple of vassals, I only have 25 more points for units If I take prime Kreos.
