Avernos' Covenant With HALO
On My Guard
The pair I’m looking forward to painting the most, and also the pair that I am expecting to drive me up the wall.
Honor Guard basic plan is the same as the others but now I have to add an additional step of the colour transition for their glowing armour plates. So once primed black I broke out the white to set those panels
And then did a colour blend with the airbrush using Army Painter Incursion Orange, Demonic Yellow and Imp Yellow
after the glow it was time for the gloss black and metallics before chucking AK’s Crimson Red Quick Gen speedpaint over the top.
Glows Courtesy of my airbrush
black lining done badly on the armour, but then I’m old and was also watching the Liverpool Chelsea game, best not to try that at home kids.
