Johnny Fraser-Allen is back on Gamefound with a brand-new selection of whimsical Fantasy terrain for you to use when crafting your tabletops. Delve into the Evermaze with some great new 3D-printable terrain and see whether or not you can get lost within.

Evermaze - Hagglethorn Hollow

Evermaze Campaign // Hagglethorn Hollow

This is a new collection of modular Fantasy terrain which is split between two different styles. On the one side, you have the ancient pile that is the Stone Maze. On the other, you have the rambling and twisting Hedge Maze. You can get just one of these sets or both of them, turning them into a big tabletop packed with twisting passageways.

Stone Maze - Hagglethorn Hollow

Stone Maze // Hagglethorn Hollow

The Stone Maze comes with fourteen modular pieces that make up the labyrinth that twists its way across the tabletop. You also have the cobblestone plates that you can sit beneath your maze and a host of different accessories that you can use when crafting interesting encounters out of this collection. The statues are perfect for those seeking some guidance throughout the labyrinth. Maybe they will tell you the truth or perhaps they'll lie and get you lost!

I think I'd rely on the Stone and Rubble Faces (so awesome) that you get as part of the set. They remind me of classic children's TV shows and the likes of Fable with its Demon Doors. You could imagine the rumble as they wake from their slumber and start chatting about the squirrel that they just saw running by.

If you're looking for something a little wilder, you can also get your hands on the Hedge Maze.

Hedge Maze - Hagglethorn Hollow

Hedge Maze // Hagglethorn Hollow

The Hedge Maze has a mind of its own, looking to guide travellers, divide them or hide them away. I guess that it would depend on how nice you've been to the creatures of the maze. It comes with lots of the modular pieces that you'd expect alongside a lovely array of Gnome Doors which are probably locked tight until the occupants want to see you. I wouldn't knock too early in the morning!

You also have a great array of character miniatures as part of the set, which includes the Awoken Stump "Classes" for your standard D&D adventures alongside some rather miffed-looking gnomes. I think these all look brilliant and could be the basis for a very fun roleplaying adventure or Fantasy skirmish that you want to set up.

Evermaze Terrain // Hagglethorn Hollow

The campaign very simply breaks down into a short list of pledge options where you can get your hands on the STL files to start making your own maze at home. You can also get some Bonus Items as unlocked throughout the course of the campaign.

Bonus Items // Hagglethorn Hollow

The Bonus Items include a Hatchling Dragon who is probably going to end up being your problem now that it's seen you. You then have a Sleeping Dragon that could be your grown-up new friend or perhaps a foe that you need to contend with in the depths of the maze. There are also two Summoning Masks made from Stone and Bark which you could plonk at the centre of your mazes as the wise old sages that you need to find. Maybe they'll be able to give you the answers you seek to save your village?

All of this would be perfect for all sorts of Fantasy games, but it would be brilliant when paired with The Hazelands from Tine Fielding. Johnny Fraser-Allen actually collaborated on that campaign with Tine for an awesome terrain piece, so it all works nicely!

What do you make of the Evermaze?
