This is a fantastic, remastered edition of the game, which features new art by Gary Chalk, who worked on the original game back in 1981. The game still features the dramatic clashes between mail-clad knights on the tabletop using simple rules, hand-drawn art and some compelling narrative scenarios.

Gary Chalk and Mark Farr from Footsore Miniatures & Games have come back to the game, cleaning it up and remastering the game with new artwork, maps (battlefields) and tokens. It is completely compatible with the original version of the game, so if you've got it in your attic somewhere, break it out and give it another go.

The new game will contain a Historical Background book, which will walk you through warfare during the 13th Century. You'll also get your Rules of Play, which will run you through how to play the game. You then have a set of eight Scenarios to play through, Play Sheets for you to reference during gameplay, two big Maps illustrated by Gary Chalk and laid out by Steve Beckett, and then all of the Tokens that you need to play the game. They will all be double-sided, representing medieval fighters from your mounted knights through to lowly peasants and even pack mules. Lastly, you'll get a set of two ten-sided dice.

The campaign is a simple one where you can pledge for numerous copies of the game. Stretch Goals are then unlocking a cover art print, new scenarios, double-sided maps and maybe more if the campaign starts to do well.

There are just under two weeks left on the Kickstarter campaign, so you have plenty of time to Cry Havoc and get pledging!
