Welcome to the thirteenth, and definitely not the last, monthly painting competition (#PaintComp) here in the OnTableTop forums.

Taking a page from  @warbossd gaming club book as inspiration there will be a key word or phrase set at the start of the month and anybody who would like to participate can paint something up, build something or engage in whatever creative outlet strikes them, as long as there is at least a tenuous link to the key word.

Then, not later than the 25th of each month, post your results here (not in the project system!) and we all get to do a community vote on it! Voting will open the day after entries close and will close at midnight local time on the 28th with results posted the following day.

There are no prizes involved, only fun! It’s not mandatory. It’s just for fun.

    This month’s key phrase is:

    Sinners and saints

Do with that what you will…

I swear it’s a conspiracy. I had the perfect mini and it’s already done. About 18 months ago I painted an angel and succubus model.

That’s a crafty one @danlee  That’s the same theme as you gave us in January.  I’ve carefully checked the non-existent competition rules and there is nothing saying you can’t nominate the same theme more than once.  Just makes it a bit trickier, but in a good way 🙂

@zoidpinhed not so much crafty as forgetful. I had it in my head that contradicting terms would make for a great theme. I just forgot that I’d already done this one. Never mind. It still works.

There’s got to be something in that Solomon Kane box I can use for this…
