Thanks for this boot camp. Even though I couldn’t be there this has been a great update to follow throughout the weekend.

Seeing Dave’s orderly piles calmed me down after seeing Justin’s shocking heap of bits.

Now I wish I had added the space station to my KS pledge. The kit looks fantastic, oh well guess I’ll have to pick it up later.

Just got my first game in last night with the intro scenario. Really enjoyed it. My opponent and I had a rudimentary knowledge of the rules going in, but even with all the rulebook checking it went pretty smoothly.

Lesson of the game, don’t let Scourge get into scan range of your ships!

Thanks for the insight in designing the cards. I made some cards myself for the intro ships and this gives me some good ideas on how to improve mine.

I liked the old Brom inspired Dark Age models, but the new stuff looks great too. I’ll have to wait to see what they do with the Brood.

I thought I was going to break down and get Star Wars Armada, but seeing this has put that on hold. As I play UCM in Dropzone these pics are a treat. Looking forward to hearing more info on the new game.

Thanks for this battle report. I’ve played a few demo games and supported the Kickstarter for Inferno. Now I just have to get off my but and assemble my Immortals.

I ended up backing this after your last Weekender special. A friend and I played a 3v3 game last night with the quickstart rules, and it just confirmed that it is great game. We found a lot of Malifaux and Warmachine (and even Hell Dorado) influences in the design which we think is great.

Argh, I don’t need another kickstarter project to back! I have been eyeing Guild Ball for a while but so far had been able to resist it. After this I think I’ll have to give in, luckily I know at least two other people to push over the edge with me on this.
