Snap Up Victrix Miniatures New 28mm Medieval Warband

Victrix Miniatures recently bundled together a great set of their 28mm miniatures for those wanting to get a whole bunch of Medieval miniatures for their wargames, like The Barons' War and beyond. See what you make of the contents bundled into the Medieval Warband set.

Medieval Warband // Victrix Miniatures

This set is absolutely packed with plastic 28mm miniatures for you to use in your games. You have forty-two figures, which break down into thirty-six infantry and six mounted knights alongside their horses, plus all of the Medieval/Fantasy helmets and the cloaks! You can't forget the cloaks.

Foot Knights // Victrix Miniatures

The miniatures from the set would be great for various theatres of war and periods, including the Crusades, the 1st and 2nd Barons' Wars, the wars between France and England, the Reconquista of Spain and the various clashes between the Italian and German States. Because it comes with the Fantasy bits as well, you can also do some fun stuff for a variety of other games as well.

1x Medieval/Fantasy Heads and Cloaks Frame - This included 31 heads (Including Teutonic heads), 6 Cloaks, 9 fantasy shields

As with all of the Victrix collection, this also means that you can play around with the various sprues and do some kitbashing and converting if you like. I quite like the idea that this is a set that could do a heck of a lot for you, whatever Medieval/Fantasy game you decide to have a pop at.

I think we'll see a lot of folks picking up these miniatures to use with games like SAGA and Lion Rampant, plus you could use these with The Barons' War and have more miniatures than you could ever really need for a retinue or two! Maybe split this set with a friend and you could get a couple of retinues together for your first games.
