Great tutorial @johnlyons. I really like the choice of colours and I think the ultra Matt coat at the end adds to the grittiness of the final look. I’m still on the fence with the differences between the FW models and these but they certainly look the part when painted.
I think it looks great.. I thought I wouldn’t like the lenses when you first mentioned how you were going to do them, but now I think it really fits with the rest of the piece.
The finished figure is looking nice an grimy looking John plus a great army for people that can’t/hate doing face’s.

@johnlyons. Take from a guy that has painted over 200 Death Korps already. That was a great tutorial. I picked up several ideas from this on how to paint my new plastic Krieg that i never thought of. Really enjoyed the video! Tanks! John
