From major Subterranean rule changes and transport point reductions to Berserker Gang buffs, artillery improvements, and new list-building opportunities, we examine the biggest winners from the update and how they impact gameplay on the tabletop.
We also take a detailed look at a 2,000-point Commonwealth army list, discussing key units, battlefield roles, objective play, combined arms tactics, and whether this force is suitable for new players or better suited to experienced commanders.

I’ve always been tempted by Armoured Clash, I guess I feel it’s the modern version of Epic/Space Marine. With the colourful units (vs the rather industrial look of Epic Horus Heresy), and all the different factions, troop types, and army structures. An interesting video here looking into some of the more advanced tactics (would love to see more for the different factions). Alas there seems to be like interest from fellow gamers at my local club (it’s either Historical (which I usually play), or the Sci-Fi/Fantasy Gamers who seemingly only seem to be interested in GW products and don’t seem to stray into other games and companies). Would love to hear from other Gamers who play Armoured Clash, sell me the game (I’m very weak willed when it comes to buying new tiny fighting mens). How do you find it vs other games, and any problems/issues you’ve found. I recently bought into TT Combat’s Dropfleet Commander and found I much prefer playing the older version of the game (with the Minor and Major “Spikes” that add a submarine type vibe to the detection aspect of the game. Sometimes “simplified” doesn’t mean better). Still even if playing the older version of the rules might restrict the number of opponents (then again I’m the only one with the game, and I’m teaching it to others. So what they don’t know will not hurt them 😀 ).
