Black Scorpion Re-Release More Of Classic 32mm Wild West Range

Black Scorpion Miniatures are slowly working their way through their back catalogue of 32mm scale Wild West range for their game Tombstone and, of course, whatever game you would prefer to drop them into!

O'Hara Posse // Black Scorpion Miniatures

We start with the O'Hara Posse, who are a band of quite normal and not at all deranged family members. I mean, look at the smile on that fellow on the left's face. How could he be anything but happy? I like to think that the O'Hara on the right is clearly the one who actually knows what they're doing and means business whenever he turns out. The larger fellow next to him is the face of the operation, working in the local frontier town, turning sour whenever someone questions his legitimacy.

The fellow on the far left is the cousin that no one invites to parties. He probably lives out in the sticks and looks after the dirtier business that the others don't want to get drawn into. I would say he probably has a lot of pigs and likes feeding them, if you catch my drift.

The last of the O'Hara family could well be the father of the bunch. He was probably one heck of a criminal back in the day but age has caught up with him. He has replaced his quick trigger finger with an acidic wit and a penchant for being able to find out secrets about his rivals.

A great set of miniatures for those setting up a cool scenario for games of Tombstone. I should also mention that Tombstone can be downloaded in PDF form from Black Scorpion or as a physical book if you'd prefer.

Apaches!

The O'Hara Posse might have to deal with these fellows sooner or later. Two sets of Apaches have also been re-released for Tombstone, giving you the bones of a good gang to put together for Black Scorpion's game but also the likes of Dead Man's Hand and Fistful of Lead.

Both sets are excellent and packed with character. I really like the first of the sets, especially the Apache who has the butt of his rifle resting on the top of his leg. If you just picked up both of these sets, you'd have everything you needed to play a Wild West skirmish game as the Apache.

The Apache are available as physical miniatures from Black Scorpion's website but you can also get them from their MyMiniFactory page as part of their Tribes or through their STL store. This is because Black Scorpion Miniatures has been going back through their archive and scanning old miniatures before uploading them, digitising them and remastering them for a new audience.

It's great to see some of these older miniatures get another run out. I've always been a big fan of Black Scorpion's sculpting style. They make some of the best Wild West and Pirate miniatures out there!
