If you're looking to build a World War I battlefield for 1918, then you might want to check out the new terrain bundles from Warfulcrum Games, which will allow you to do just that. These sets give you a pack of 3D-printed, modular terrain pieces that should have you creating awesome-looking 28mm-scale tabletops.

Trench System Redoubt - Warfulcrum Games

Trench System Redoubt // Warfulcrum Games

This particular set from Warfulcrum Games gives you a set of five sections for building a modular trench system around a fortified Redoubt. One section contains a pillbox with a removable roof, which is a key place for you to include your machine guns, hosing down the enemy who are charging across No Man's Land. Components-wise, this comes with two straight sections (with firesteps) alongside a straight section with the pillbox and then the end pieces which cap it off.

Following on from that, we also have the Modular Trench System set, which will allow you to continue your defensive line across the battlefield.

Trench System Emplacement - Warfulcrum Games

Trench System Emplacement // Warfulcrum Games

This builds out your trench system, which will be weaving its way across the battlefields of World War I and maybe even the Grimdark future. It comes with more straight sections (with firesteps) alongside a couple of end pieces. You also get the gun emplacement section, which, funnily enough, has been designed for you to mount a heavy weapon.

It should be noted that the sections that you get as part of this collection contain slots for your magnets, meaning that you can make these really modular and create all sorts of different layouts on the tabletop.

Last but not least, we have some more terrain that is very synonymous with the trenches of World War I. You can also get some Barbed Wire, which can be added to the tops of the trench systems or perhaps just in the midst of No Man's Land.

Trench System Barbed Wire - Warfulcrum Games

Trench System Barbed Wire // Warfulcrum Games

This set contains four six-inch segments of barbed wire. You get a variety of posts and then the wire to thread through them, giving a haunting look to your battlefields in World War I. Barbed wire might also be a rather smart buy for those who are looking to build battlefields for the likes of Trench Crusade. There is quite a lot of twisted, rusted barbed wire in that game too.

You can check out the different bundles in more detail HERE alongside other variants for you to play around with when crafting your tabletop.

Could this tempt you into building yourself a World War I battlefield?
