We stopped in with the lovely folks from Flying Frog Productions to talk about what's new for the world of Shadows Of Brimstone and the amazing looking anniversary edition of Last Night On Earth.
Of course with such an epic model like Beli'al here to show off we couldn't not make him the prize you could win by commenting below!

With all the cool releases at GenCon this year it’s difficult to be surprised on day 4 but wow! What a beautiful miniature and it’ll work for so many different gaming systems.

This isn’t a game I know anything about, but after doing a quick google it does look very interesting and fun. Gonna do a bit more homework on it I think.
Wow! The plans for the 10 year anniversary are great – nice to see so many people so passionate about this – a real labor of love. Flying Frog put other games companies to shame, releasing a whole box set to celebrate an anniversary and not just doing something bland like releasing one mediocre mini. I wonder will the anniversary set be available in the UK?
I also hope so!
I have a feeling that if I won that pack it would end up causing my wallet a fair bit of pain, that range keeps grabbing my attention and I just know if I get ahold of a model I’ll no longer be able to hold off shiny syndrome. Oh I just need those undead gunslingers….and the base set, it’d be silly not to right? Oh hey look at those demons….

I love the whole Shadows of Brimstone vibe. Great to see the guys behind it seem as cool as their products. and the new ‘minis’ are beautiful, just looking at Be’lial is making my hobby itch go crazy. I’ll be reaching into my pockets for all the monies I can find come November!

Shadows of Brimstone is a great game and that miniature rocks! My brother is a big fan and now I have an idea of what to get him for xmas. I love the scourge rats, excellent set piece with the nest. Funny enough my brother is probably one those people asking “when” LOL!

Last Night on Earth does seem fun. I may have played it once. Ever. But i’ve seen others play it. It is always a hit when it is played.
That is a great looking miniature. Last night on earth is one of our games that hasn’t seen the table in far too long!
Old west undead! You have to love Shadows of Brimstone. That Be’lial mini is just gorgeous, I would want that as a boss monster in any game I can think of. The Last night on earth collectors edition has some cool stuff. I like the fire tokens with room the minis that are on fire to sit in the middle, nice touch there.

I would love to paint up that mini! Flying Frog productions was my first ever experience with board game based soundtracks. I picked up A Touch of Evil back in the day and that sent me spiraling into the world of board gaming. Been hooked ever since.
Shadows is one of my very favorite games. I love the mix of genres and I love all of the rpg aspects. I missed out on the original kickstarter and have literally been waiting years for the Beli’al figure. It just looks awesome!
Always was interested in Shadows of Brimstone, might to get it one day and that Belial miniature is just awesome.
Its a great game, wish you could put on something like that in England too.
Last night on earth is a cool game. Would like to give Shadows of Brimstone a go – love dungeon crawlers, love westerns.
His excitement for the game is completely awesome. That is how it should be.

That Beli’al model looks so cool. Shadows of Brimstone is great fun and highly recommended. Wow a fire extinguisher that actually puts out fire, so no more need of that house rule.

I missed out on Last Night on Earth, but this makes me want to hunt down a copy of the 10th Anniversary edition. Which will then mean I need to buy the expansions… bad news for my wallet. Again.

SoB is rapidly becoming my favorite game, I just wish I didn’t have to wait a year for most things to hit retail.

Awaiting the ‘UGE wave 2 Shadows Minecart KS to arrive, then Forbidden Fortress. Shadows is my most played game of 2017, even with just the 2 core sets.
Won’t mind another God model though.
How have I never heard of this game? Did you guys ever do a lets play? It looks super cool.
Considering how huge the first kickstarter was for SoB, it’s very reassuring to see that Flying Frog are thinking beyond the Minecart-level content with expansions that can be brought directly to retail (like the ally pack, which I’m sure was not a KS stretch goal). This is doubly true when you consider they are also working on Forbidden Fortress! It makes SoB a very appealing dungeon crawler because you know that it will continue to be supported with releases on top of the huge number you might already know about.
The 10th anniversary edition of LNoE is also very shiny and as someone who has never owned a copy, it seems like the edition I need to buy to fill the LNoE sized hole on my shelf!

What a sweet model! Love the passion from flying frog, it really comes accross in their games. Brimstone is great, last night is full of funny moments! Also check out fortune and glory for that pulp/adventure fix and a touch of evil is heaps of fun with a really beautiful board.

SoB is my favourite dungeon crawler game. It can be tough to get hold of in the UK. So, an advance opt of Beli’al would be awesome.

It such a crazy thought that so many companies are getting big enough to have their own conventions. It great the hear that they are doing that good to be able to have one.
This guy love his job! What a great bunch of minis, i love the scourge rats. Its a great little mechanic with them coming at you in an endless hoard untill you get the nest.
I love Beli’al, what a great mini for a God! It really looks like you’d never be able to take him down. Typically the gaming gods had to make an announcement during the video!
Will be checking those out this fall.

Last night on Earth is one of the first board games I bought for my youngest. She loved it. Might have to try to grab a copy of the 10 year anniversary edition for her.
The Shadows stuff broke the GENCON budget. Awesome
They sure are following through with Shadows of Brimstone.
My Wave 2 Minecart Pledge came in this summer, suddenly I’ve got 6+ months more backlog to my painting queue. Such a problem to have! 😉
I’m also looking forward to buying 1 or 2 more copies of Bel’ial when they are released so I can try variant paint schemes.

Shadows of Brimstone has always interested me, I almost went in on the last Kickstarter but I went the Mythic BAttles instead so I might have to grab this at retail.
Shadows of Brimstone is TOP of the Christmas list this year!
That will be a very interesting mini to paint, I will try orange colors like on the box that would make a mini that really pop on the table, I will need to take a look at the rules and and that games.
Shadows Of Brimstone is a KS I have been sad to miss out on. Last Night On Earth 10th anniversary edition looks like a great set.

Ok ok ok, shadows is by far the best Game out there!! Just spent an entire holidays week with friends that was all about playing shadows and going to the beach. (sleep in the morning, beach in the afternoon and shadows at night).
the only problem of this game is “We don’t have Beli’al” 🙁 (nor anything of wave 2 as we missed it).
We are also from Europe which makes difficult to go to Gen Con on purpose to get the new stuff.

The Shadows models are pretty cool. I’ve been hoping to try Last Night on Earth and Fortune and Glory for a long time now.
Just purchsed the both base sets for Shadows of Brimstone at Gen Con and looking forward to some epic gaming. Having another epic bag guy to add to the mix would be awesome.
I’m sorry for your wallet in advance. I started out the same and before I knew it, I had somehow seen fit to purchase everything available at retail, and even some exorbitantly priced things scalped on ebay. I still lie to myself and say that I have no regrets on dropping $200 on just the bandit class. No regrets!

I’ve been waiting not very patiently for Belial… Would be amazing to win him instead. But if not, I’ll continue waiting (not) patiently and enjoying the rest of the content I haven’t even encountered yet. Seriously, there’s a lot of content for this game not including all of the upcoming expansions I find myself salivating over.

TBH I’d not paid much attention to Shadows of Brimstone. That changed with this video and THAT mini. Oh my flippin my!
He would look freaking sweet as a centrepiece to a temple I’m building.
Literally one of my favorite Solo games-I was actually pretty suprised of how much i liked it-I hotestly have a lot of fun even building from sprews, very cathartic—and can actually be extremly helpful in terms of painting miniatures faster by using different color primers depending on the body part. Working on a custom insert as well—I’ll be sure to leave enough space for Bel’ial, *fingers crossed* !
