‘Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the hobby hall,
Not a beastie was stirring, not even a Gaul;
The dice bags were hung by the TV with care,
In hopes that @warzan soon would be there;
The paint pots were nestled all snug in their rack,
While ‘nids had the Space Marines watching their back;
And @dignity in his ’kerchief, and @brennon in his cap,
Had just settled down for a Weekender chat.
When out in the hall there arose such a row, @dignity sprang from hit chair to see what @lancorz had done now.
Into the hall he flew like a flash,
To see @johnlyons painting a bit slap-dash.
The newly sprayed primer looked like new-fallen snow,
Gave zenithal shading to objects below,
When what to his wondering eyes did appear,
But a miniature army of Napoleonic flamers!
A happy and safe Beastmas , to all the Beasts, their partners and assorted cubs.
A very merry Beastmas to Caesar, with many thanks for the entertainment he has provided over the year. And lastly a very Merry Beastmas to all my fellow backstagers, thank you for being such a sterling group, by far the nicest community of lads and lasses on the internet.
and if you aren’t a backstager, I don’t mean to slight you, no doubt you are a similar quality person but … you know .. give yourself a subscription for Beastmas
