Hmmmm having trouble finding a voltage converter that will handle the draw from my Airbrush compressor.

Hopefully I can borrow a compressor over the weekend. =0

@irishsteve, always up fo a few beers, meet at courthouse, or anyone have better suggestion?

@liefer1971 think you should be ok for airbrush if you can prize if  from Johns dead hands!

@bobcockayne We could always do what we did on the runewars bootcamp, dissolve candy sweets in vodka for shots.

fruity and liquorish were the favourite if I remember correctly.

There could be more than a few bad battle field decisions made.

Will see what duty free has to offer 🙂 🙂

Have dug out for inspiration and will be bringing 4x Afika Korps figures in various uniform options and 4 x Characters for LRDG I did about 10 years ago. I may spend week going how the hell did I do them without washs!!!

1 more sleep then off too sunny Coleraine for 3 days of carnage in North Africa……

@damon thanks for the offer of lift, but been changes in my itinary so wont be landing at city but International, so I will make my own way to Coleraine, give you more room for the Canadian lads.

Epic choice, @buggeroff – I don’t usually recommend TV documentaries, but early seasons of “Battlefield” is the exception that proves the rule.

Last day of work started.  Said goodbye to my bed.  Head home early from the office to catch an Uber to the airport.  Fly to Newark straight from the office tonight, hopefully get some sleep on the BA flight from Newark to Belfast.

Whenever I pack for one of these boot camps I feel like Jack Ryan at the beginning of Hunt for Red October.  🙂

(beginning at 3:15 – packing up research materials, catching flight over the Atlantic, driving to a secret bunker).

@oriskany do you have to get a teddy to take back with you?

[irishsteve 12947xp 1]

@avernos – cheers chap o/

@oriskany – safe as you go fella 🙂

@bobcockayne – The courthouse? Presuming thats a bar and not the result of shennanigans!!

[bobcockayne 20739xp 0]

@irishsteve, yup was the later turned into the former just up the road from Beast’s Studio.

[avernos 35427xp 0]

@irishsteve avoid the courthouse in the evenings/night. It’s almost tolerable during the day 😉

@bobcockayne –

“… do you have to get a teddy to take back with you?”

Sir, behold the two hardened boot camp veterans I always bring with me … They served at the Team Yankee Boot Camp and the FoW 4th Ed Boot Camp.

Fear the Fuzz!  They conquer all!  😀 😀 😀
