Beautiful, as ever, Darrel. What I’ve always admired, amongst so many other things about your painting is the incredible mat finish.

Thanks mate. The secret (no longer a secret now!) is Winsor and Newton ***Professional*** Matt spray. It has to be the Winsor and Newton ***Professional*** Matt and not just the Winsor and Newton Matt spray or you will end up with a satin finish.

The next show I’m going to be at is The Other Partizan- I’ve got a lot going on at the moment so I’m having to prioritise shows even more than usual- which does grate a little as shows are such an important part of wargaming. They need to be supported.
