I was lucky enough to attend the last two years but couldn’t get there this year. It’s an awesome conference and I hope to go again in the future but for now I will just have to live vicariously through the BoW coverage

Work prohibited me from attending, so happy to see this coverage. My son is so happy about plastic Sisters. I’m looking forward to a Knight Codex. The war scroll app also makes me very happy.

The embargo on Legion is lifted today! Bring on the Legion videos! The delivery man cannot stop by soon enough plus local tournaments all weekend long! Great weekend to come with Adepticon coverage and Legion shipping.
Arghhh so excited, got my big box of Legion stuff today and can’t wait to see the action from Adepticon and all the new Shiney !!

Wish I was there but damn work is in the way …
New GW continues to move from strength to strength. I’m tempted by both the Deepkin and the newly expanded Knight Households.
I sincerely hope that FFG have a lot of new reveals for SW Legion to carry us up to GenCon. While I appreciate there isn’t a TON of new stuff happening right after launch, they’re going to have to pick up the pace to more than a couple of releases per quarter to satiate the appetites of tabletop wargamers for new and shiny things.
I wonder if FFG will have anything to say about their other Star Wars lines (particularly Imperial Assault which had been very quiet since the app came out last year) or if this will be All Legion, All The Time
I too hope that FFG has some new announcements for Legion at Adepticon.
If I’m not mistaken we still need a special forces unit for each side.
Though I have to say that I already have quite some modelles to go through after I checked my order a few minutes ago. 🙂
It’s all about the Sisters announcement and any further information about SW Legion for me. I give you free rein to use any torture and coercion you see fit to get the information we geeks desire 😉 .

Happy Adepticon… this is a con that is on my bucket list. Can’t wait to see what goodness you guys can find.
GW seems to doing a lot of releases lately and despite the bulk, there is no dip in quality.
Necromunda reboot had some great sculpts and recent Daughters of Khaine stuff, Morathi in particular, look amazing.
For many years I managed to avoid buying there overpriced 40K stuff and AoS annoyed me as a fan of the Old World… but I may have to dip my toe in one, or the other, this year.
I’ll be there tomorrow, but not playing this year.
Adepticon is the best event ever, I hope to go next year

It would be nice to go to a big con in the US one day. It would be great if could swing by the TTCombat stand and see the new Dropfleet Destroyers and maybe get an interview with one of the guys (Dave)

Quite clever of gw to bring the big announcements to Adepticon to coincide with the Star Wars Legion embargo being lifted – I can see that Adepticon may earn its position of “e3 of tabletop” before long if that kinda competitiveness keeps up.
Loving some of that laser craft workshop terrain. Plenty of minis glancing their ways at my wallet too…

What I see as a trend is that most companies are releasing scrimmage games, streamlining the rules and making games last less time seems to be the trend
It is so great to see a resurgence of board games and tabletop in my area. I can get the kids of PC’s and consoles and take them to games store and board game cafes where they will learn the social side of gaming. They really need that face to face interaction that this generation is missing out on.
Got to love a big convention. Major news coming out too.
