I bet you wrote them in German … everything sounds like a threat in German 😉

In other news : Optimus Prime is dead for real this time …

They say celebrities always die in sets of 3 … I kind of hope we can make it a set of 4 this time around 😉

Is this the beginning of The Rapture? So many reported 80+ dead.

yay … two weeks of not doing a bloody thing ahead.
(and then instantly regretting not doing a bloody thing for two weeks …)

Pillage starter set arrived today, so it’s not like I’ve got no hobby to do …
(do not look at that other pile of opportunity in that room … or in the attic …  etc. 😉 )

Hobby is definitely taking a backseat to getting as many riding days in before what could be an early fall. Spent 6 hours on Wednesday in the mountains mostly, nothing beats that. There was a possible snowfall warning already for Banff, so that’s not positive for me.

On the other hand, my hobby pile is looking way more manageable now that I’ve cleared out a mountain of my madness.

A sick dog has also been an issue; only 9, small breed, early osteoarthritis which sucks.

    such mountains never get cleared.
they’re usually waiting for the next flood …

The Pillage starter booklet is great.
There’s colour coded build instructions so you know exactly which figures you need per scenario.
First scenario uses only two models. Last scenario has them all.
I think this is something more starter sets should do as it helps decrease the mental load.

Pair this set with snips, glue, primer and a couple of paint colours and you’ve got the ideal ‘get started in the dark ages’ gift for anyone starting in this hobby.
