Tripod one
First tripod to redo in its old paint scheme 
The legs had to be glued back on as they come in two parts and very fidly. I decided to glue the legs to a stand to make it more secure. Hopefully he'll keep his three legs in this time
Little pinkish men
My Martians had a brass look to the heat rays and tripods so I need to repaint them a white grey colour to fit my new theme

I was sitting in the garden today when up popped this mole machine full of lost Victorians searching for the Earth's coreSpider walker
In the original book the narrator of war of the world's described a squat metallic machine that chased it's victims and deposited them into the net on its back. They can be fed on later. My machine was s brass colour but I want it to have a more classic look so have repainted it.
Today's progress
Today I've been adding more paint to my landing sites before I flock them tomorrow
Drying out in the sun. Either that or they've landed in the garden
