That Star Wars table is just amazing! So well done, simply fantastic. Fantastic work to make it easy to put away. My only concern is cost. My wife is very amenable to my hobby but she also has her limits. Should it be affordable I would build it into a case so I can use it for a display piece as well as a gaming terrain.

I love the homeland apocalypse range, I remember talking to Cad about doing some Fallout stuff some time ago and getting a little bit of a tease. It’s great to see this stuff finally coming out.

Also, Ilike the ‘storability’ of the new range.
Hunchback in 28mm is so awesome. It looks to be a similar model to the Mechwarrior online model which is so nice looking. I miss cruising around in my 4SP wrecking heavies and assaults with mediums and srm6s….. fond memories. As for the terrain 4ground are great. I only own a few pieces one of which is the sunken broad walks which had a skill level of 2 (the popped out off the sprue and were good to go!) shudder to think what the landing pad will be level wise. 4grand-master level kit?
This 28mm Battletech might actually get me to finally bite the bullet and get a 3d printer…. 🙂

I found out today how hard it is to carry two armfuls of 4ground terrain. The smaller sets especially kept escaping!

Star wars and battletwch, truly amazing work. I know the battletech will be coming, just because it is so so cool. As for the star Was table, time to Bookmark the site and subscribe to updates.

Fabled Realms is something I love the concept of, but never had the chance to play
4ground remain insane in the brain, taking internal walls and halls style terrain to a whole new level
I’m preparing to move oversees. Wining such table would surely spice thing up 😉

The beta weekend was so awesome…
The details of those 3D printed minis is mindblowingly good… so so looking forward to when it all ships later this year,, Have been gluing my fingers together building 4Ground buildings for the last month.. and the stuff released at Salute tells me I will do so for a while longer 🙂

Sci-fi terrain… not the other one is… I have a good feeling about the terrain. Really interested in thr modular kits, if it well made and not insanely expensive, I will get it.
I thought the board was epic before, but the reskinable aspect is a really nifty idea; if i had one recommendation (if 4ground haven’t already thought of it) it’d be to make some ‘transition’ skins to further be able to mix and match things between the different themes. 😉

If I had the Sci Fi table top, I would have to buy that “Legion” game. Sure, it would work for the battle of Phall too. All the 4 Ground products are beautiful. When I buy a bigger house I will start seriously collecting it all.

Fabled Realms can take any kind of terrain, I suppose these would work just fine with it. Even the sci-fi terrains 🙂
Modular terrain and interchangeable skins is a good idea. Terrain takes up a lot of space.

28mm Battletech! When I saw it I literally moaned so hard and for so long the Missus accused me of looking at porn. But this isn’t porn…its better…MUCH better. That 28mm Madcat (or is it a Timber wolf)…now I know I would love to spend a few long nights playing with that little hottie….
Not sold on Legions as a game but luckily your “Sci-Fi” hanger would work very nicely with lots of other games. How many really useful boxes does it break down into though, it looks worth it but it is still a pretty big set of terrain.

That modular board looks great. For infinity I have been making a fighter bay table and the hardest thing is making it feel indoors. Some of those modular walls would solve that and be easily removed for checking line of sight. Also great for photos!!

I love the idea for the magnetized terrain. Hopefully it won’t be too expensive. My kids would kneel before me if we got that awesome sci-fi table.
I love the idea of a skeletal system which you can add what ever flavour you want to depending on what type of system you’re playing. 4ground is leading the way in laser cut mdf still.

One of my highlights of Salute is getting to see the 4ground stuff. I find terrain (even more than minis) benefits from being seen in full set up an on the ground as it were

The 4ground stuff is always great. But the new stuff looks amazing! Im looking to pick up some of the jessari industrial pieces for necromunda but that ‘Wars in space’ table is just Wow! Plus the battletech i wish it was for sale!

4ground are one if those companies that has surprised me. They always made great looking terrain, but the quality of the minis they are producing is awesome.
The Jesserai set is amazing. The modularity is awesome. Those guys know their business.

That terrain system is awesome. That flexibility is great. 4 ground definitely leads the way.
The Japanese themed buildings are awesome! Would work well for both Test of Honor or even the new JSA faction for Infinity.

4ground stuff is so much more impressive in person
the Hangar Bay looks the dogs bollocks, as does that Walking Dead apocalypse board, but I have to say out of everything I’m really looking forward to seeing more Fabled Realms. The weekend was a barrel of fun so roll on Sept so I can get my hands on the rest of the factions and really get into it with my friends. I’ve even dug out my Monty Python Holy Grail knights so I can have an eight fold path faction to be feared 😀

Its really nice to hear 4ground are starting to dewsign their stuff with storage between games as a consideration. I hope they really solve this issue and the industry takes note.

the sf (star wars ;-)) terrain is fantastic 4ground is my favorite company, I think I have to send a postcard again shortly (no dragon this time :-)) but fair 4ground makes the best and most beautiful buildings and terrain pieces for the wargamers and soon figures The Legends Of Fabled Realms , the people of 4ground are so friendly and enthusiastic 😉 postcardpaul.

I did not back the KS, because of the PVC material. If they are going to market with the 3D sculpts, I will be buying at a retail outlet.

Oh I really like that Star Wars terrain and … eeer, no,that Fabled Realms terrain … eeer, oh no I mean that SciFi terrain as well as … eeer, ah, got it, Homeland Apoclypse is just … eeer, now, the marvellous World at War buildings with the modular … eeer, those gorgeous figures for their fantasy game are just … ok, I give up, I love all of it.

I just love the look of the Jesserai table, what a lovely set to win. The Fabled Realm stuff looks fantastic and I can’t wait to get hold of the figures. For me I’ll almost certainly opt for the 3d prints if I can – the possibility of (effectively) no mold lines is too much to ignore.

I guess you guys were saving the best for last. 4Ground continues to amaze. Looking forward to the rest of my Fabled Realms Kickstarter when it arrives. Now, I will be needing to buy more of their products as they have come out with some new absolutely outstanding terrain items.
The Homeland Apocalypse stuff looks really good, but I have to give to the sci-fi hangar bay for the best table set-up there.

I’m not going to lie, those tables make me want to cry (in a good way). I know that the competition is for the sci-fi range, but I would love to have any/all of them set up for my gaming group. The wasteland table is absolutely gorgeous.

Fabled realms is so tempting. My son was amazed by the Star Wars scenery to the point that this may begin the shift from Lego Star Wars to model kits for Star Wars games. Yet again, inspiration comes through absorbing as much as possible when wandering around Salute and uncovering such gems. 🙂

4Grounds always knocks things out of the park!
It’s a very small world. I managed to catch my favourite friendly local games store owner (Peter from Entoyment in Poole) and Cad in conversation and hurriedly dived in to shake both their hands and catch up. Peter is expanding his enterprise to include a proper gaming event hall. And 4Ground are going from strength to strength. Couldn’t happen to a nicer bunch of people. I managed to shake hands with bigger Ben as well which was nice. 🙂

Ok, I can’t find my post here. But to answer my own ravings I can now see they’re 3D prints from the original picture post on BoW. Must be high res 3D printer as those look gorgeous and have no visible stepping.
Very little can match 4ground when it comes to easy and sheer effect on the table. I have a couple pieces of theirs, but not nearly as much as I would like.

God this company makes me weep. Everything they make is to die for. I own so much of their terrain but it is never enough. This new modular design is breathtaking. This homeland apocalypse range would be great for Purgatory too.
