Finished a ‘little’ fun project: Archaon Everchosen. The last months I painted a lot of Bolt Action stuff so I got a little bit weary of German field grey and camo pattern. So this project was a ‘oasis of colour’ for me… 😀
Here are the snapshots

However Bolt Action is my passion… 😀
So I couldn’t resist when Heer46 asked me to paint some of their new Fallschirmjäger (28mm). Heer46 will start their Fallschirmjäger kickstarter by end of August.
Here is the first one on my workbench…

Cheers

I’ve started a Bolt Action project; a troop of Churchill tanks for the North Africa campaign. They will be based on vehicles from the North Irish Horse regiment that fought in Tunisia in 1943. So far I’ve undercoated and base coated with Vallejo Buff, this gives a good approximation of the regulation colour Light Stone. Problem is, I’ve just found out that they may have been olive green and nor light stone, so I may have to repaint completely, got to decide tomorrow morning which way to go.
I’ve started a project log ;
My favourite Marvel Character. I’ve been putting off painting Gambit for so long just cause I thought I wouldn’t do him justice.
I’m at that point now where I’m not afraid to paint 28-35mm minis. Of course I’m still scared to go any bigger than that.

This is the state my D&D Dragon is in
The biggest problem that I have is that the feet no longer line up with the base.

Another commission finished. This time a human cleric.

Some Ironjawz WIPs.
Used the Vallejo Wood and leather set on these guys.

I am painting up advancing archers for mu Samurai here is my sample miniature Arrows will be added later. When all is said and done I will have two ten man units.

Some bank holiday painting. Han Solo comes to shoot first!

Finished up this umber hulk this weekend that I was commissioned to paint. Had a lot of fun using some colorshift paint.

I’m currently painting up 40+ Army of the Dead for the new Middle Earth Strategy Battle Game Edition. I’ve got 20 more coming in the box set, so can’t wait to field a huge army to save Minas Tirith with the new rules. Lovely models, as the whole LOTR range is, and i’m really enjoying painting these.
I’m updating my project as I go, if you want to see more.
