Maybe we can have some painting tutorials from some other companies/individuals now please?

Not sure why they all have to be from GW…?

I’m sure if other companies were putting out painting tutorials for their new releases on a regular basis, then BoW would be featuring those also.

Personally I think these tutorials are fantastic as a way of showing how to get minis painted to a good table top standard using a few simple techniques. They are basic, but they are basic done bloody well; stripped down, easy to follow and nothing made more complicated than it needs to be.

BoW is just re-blogging what GW have put up on their news page. Say what you want, they do regularly put up “How to Paint” featuring a few of the new units from their weekly releases. I’m sure BoW would be happen to re-link Privateer Press, Spartan Games, Mantic Games or any others if they started a similar venture. No favoritism here.

In the past we’ve updated out selection of painting tutorials from other companies like Mantic and Battlefront for Flames of War when they’ve done videos on them.

Yep that’s what BOW are all about, bringing us news views and reports from all over, and I love this stuff from GW as the tips and advice can be put to use on any model you are doing. I always look out for this stuff from GW and BOW is the best place for it to be shown so thanks to Ben and BOW for bringing this content to us here.
