A shame that there are so little game with “surprise units”. Dreamscape Collision has (because it’s a game about dreams) a card called “guest from another world” and you can use any 25/20mm based mini for it. And you have 3 profiles to choose from. Thanks for the advice on choosing a Kings of War faction. As a last resort I can dig out a D20 @sundancer.
