Good to hear! A word of advice on the spicy thing if I may? And this is from personal experience over the last 15 years: cut back salt. Really only use a tiny pinch of salt in you food. At first things will taste a bit bland but you’ll adjust and then just using spices food will taste that much better. And crisps will be a total WOAH! again. We eat way too much salt and that dulls the tastebuds.
