Unique is the word for those figures and I did check out the line they come from at Miniature Figurines.

@amachan – As said before, 3D printing has made extreme undercuts possible by freeing designers – can’t really call them sculptors if they do it via ‘puter – from the technical constraints of a mold, producing some extremely dynamic poses, but those self-same undercuts also make painting many 3D printed figures quite a nightmare. @horatiOnoseblOwer – You want unique metal cavalry ? Doesn’t get any more unique that the Aureola Rococo HighElves.
They are based on some Rodney Matthews paintings, especially The People of the Pines and Twelve Towers at Dawn, in turn inspired by Michael Moorcock stories.
