Pledge… carry on with MCP project which is going well for the moment. Just posted my latest update on the terrain pack painting process.

Only time I went to a conventions for more than one day was Gen Con UK back in 2004. It was at a Butlin’s camp in October and rained most of the time. First thing I did on arrival was leave the camp and go shopping for a sweatshirt as the entire convention was inside a tent and it was rather cold.

UK Games Expo I have been a regular visitor to, but I only go for one day as it’s mainly a spending spree for me. If I went for more than one day it would be cheaper for me to catch the train every day and commute, than it would be to book into a hotel.

And when you don’t have a car… having to drag your luggage around a convention hall on the last day you are booked into a hotel, in addition to all the gaming product purchased, would not be a pleasant experience
