Totally off topic… but for the last month I have been worried about my health.
The one perk of that worry is I have done a lot of hobby which focused on Marvel Crisis Protocol.
Today I had colonoscopy and nothing really scary was found… for which I am very relieved.

@dags I have a bookcase full of other games, and a few shelves of random minis, but yes, I mostly sold my other minis. Books are too heavy to ship so I ended up keeping most rulesets.
Years ago I had a club and they were open to other games, that was more than a decade ago and another city away.

Personal development of game interest and sense of aesthetics for models really is the individuality of our hobby. I agree with @zoidpinhead that the only thing we can do is move with the change. Find our hobby niche, grow with it, and foster others to grow in it as well or as close as possible.
